Join former Black Dyke percussionist and popular film, TV & Brass Band composer Paul Lovatt-Cooper in a brass band workshop aimed at lower section brass players, however, don’t worry as if you currently play in a brass band (or would like to!) you will fit right in! The workshop will work on a selection of music including some of Pauls’ compositions, alongside some fun pieces for the evening concert. The workshop starts at 10am to 5pm with plenty of time for lunch and several breaks.

The evening concert will be hosted by actor & author ROBERT DAWS and is to raise money to provide instruments and tuition for local children (read more HERE) and the concert includes Alive & Singing, Nick Dadd (Lead singer of legendary rockabilly band “Whirlwind”), Quintessential Brass Quintet and Laura & Mati (Redborne School pupils).
